Privacy Policy

This page describes the main data flows used by Forkes Companion.

Information You Provide

When you use Forkes Companion, the service may process the prompt you type, selected recipe tags, selected product context, and related recipe content needed to produce recipe suggestions and search results.

AI Processing

If AI features are enabled, relevant request content may be sent to configured third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, to generate cooking responses. Do not submit confidential, personal, payment, health, or other sensitive information.

Product Context

When QR codes or embeds include product IDs, the application may query connected product data so the public page can show relevant Range Kleen product context.

Admin Content

Recipes, recipe tags, QR presets, users, and settings created in the admin area are stored by the application so the service can operate.

Embedded Use

When the Chef experience is embedded on another site, that site may also collect information under its own policies. Review the host site's privacy practices in addition to this one.

Data Minimization

Only submit the information needed to get recipe help. The service is intended for recipe and cookware guidance, not for sensitive or unrelated requests.

Policy Updates

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time as the service changes.
